个人简介：

太阳集团城娱8722特聘教授、伟长学者，兼任国际动物考古学会理事、亚洲文化遗产保护联盟专家咨询委员会成员。美国密歇根大学人类学系、哈佛大学人类学系访问学者。曾任河南省文物考古研究所副所长、河南省文物局副局长、河南博物院院长、《中原文物》主编。主持或参加10多项考古调查与发掘项目，主持10多项国家级、省部级及海外基金项目，出版10多部学术专著、译著，发表中英文期刊论文80余篇。第十三届、十四届全国政协委员。
